By accessing or using FaceInvite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

FaceInvite provides event management and check-in services using biometric face recognition technology. You understand and agree that the Service allows for the collection and processing of biometric data (face embeddings).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary consent from your event attendees for the collection of their data, including biometric data.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and international laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, BIPA).
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and the privacy of your attendees. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
