• Biometric Data: Face embeddings (numerical representations of faces) derived from photos uploaded by you or your attendees. We do NOT store the original face photos for recognition purposes, only the mathematical vector.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process transactions and send related information.
• Facilitate event check-ins using face recognition technology.
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages.

3. Biometric Data Retention

Biometric data (face embeddings) is stored only for the duration of the event lifecycle. You have the ability to permanently delete this data at any time via the "Danger Zone" in your event settings.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Biometric data is stored in an encrypted format.
